Suttons Bay Floatilla – August 31, 2013
Come to beautiful Suttons Bay this Labor Day weekend and join in a Guinness World Book Challenge for canoes and kayaks rafted together. The current record of 1902 was set in 2011 in Upstate New York. Last year the Suttons Bay Floatilla came close with 1750 boats. Do it this year! Join this fun, family-friendly paddling event! All paddlers are required to wear USCG approved life vests. Every participant or parent/guardian must sign a waiver. All proceeds benefit Suttons Bay Schools Student Activity Fund.
You must be registered to participate in the count. The earlier you register, the more you save.
1-person canoe or kayak – $10 (Must be 12 years or older) 2-person canoe or kayak – $17 (Children under the age of 12 must be with an adult) 3-person canoe or kayak – $20 (Children under the age of 12 must be with an adult)
August 15 (Thursday) – Fees increase to $15, $22 and $27
August 26 (Monday) – Last day for online registration
August 29 (Wednesday) – Fees increase to $20, $27, and $30
No Refunds
Floatilla t-shirts are no longer available – the last day to pre-order was 7-31-13. A limitted number of t-shirts will be available for sale on the day of the event.
